We went today to wash our dog at their pet wash (located behind the building), we loved the set up. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working, Colton was quick to jump in and help out. He offered to reimburse us the money we put in the machine, and told us they are going to get it fixed. We decided to wash our truck while we were there. Colton, again stepped in and offered us a complimentary wash with all the bells and whistles, and offered to refund us the money we put into the car wash. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. We will be back. Thanks guys!
